I was born in the Czech Republic, beautiful city of Prague. I moved to Sydney in 2010 to study English. I fell in love with Australia and later on started my beautiful family here.

We have been blessed with 2 children, Isabella and Mattias.

Baking has always been my passion and I missed our typical European treats so much.

I have always dreamt of opening my own business, where I could make delicious sweets for everyone.

So when I had the opportunity to start my own business, it was a given that I will fulfil my dream and open a BAKERY.

I have been taking many different baking lessons and courses over the years, to better myself and to make sure that I stay on top of all trends.

My philosophy is, that although the ingredients used in baking are a major part in the outcome of the dessert, they are not the main reason.

The dedication, time, and LOVE is what makes the best dessert.

My favourite part about baking is seeing my family, friends and customers enjoy my creations.
