I was born in Prague, which is such a beautiful city in the Czech Republic—full of stunning architecture and rich history. In 2010, I decided to make the leap and moved to Sydney to improve my English. Honestly, I fell in love with Australia right away! The beaches, the friendly people, and the laid-back lifestyle really captured my heart.

As time went on, I started my wonderful family here, and we've been blessed with two amazing kids, Isabella and Mattias. They keep me on my toes and fill our lives with so much joy.

Baking has always been a huge passion of mine, and I’ve missed those classic European treats that remind me of home. So when I had the opportunity to start my own business, it was a no-brainer to fulfill my dream and open a bakery.

I have always dreamt of opening my own business, where I could make delicious sweets for everyone.

Over the years, I’ve taken numerous baking lessons and courses to improve my skills and make sure I stay on top of all the latest trends.

It’s been an exciting journey, and I can’t wait to share my creations with the community!

Plus, it’s a great way to connect my past with my present, and I hope to pass down those beloved recipes to my kids someday!

My philosophy is that while the ingredients play a big role in how a dessert turns out, they’re not the only thing that matters.

The dedication, time, and LOVE is what makes the best dessert.
